Title: Hot Shrimp Dip

Yield: 1 Servings

2lbCream cheese
8ozShrimp; 150 - 200 count,
  ; raw
1/2cYellow onion; finely chopped
1/2cTomato; finely chopped
1/4cJalapeno peppers; finely chopped
1tbGarlic juice

Combine all ingredients and heat in a baine-marie (hot bath or double boiler) for 1 hour.

Best served with large dipping Fritos.

Keep hot, perhaps in a crockpot.
